Formed in 2016, Harbor City Sound is a five-piece cover band from Melbourne, Florida (also known as The Harbor City). With a contagious energy, HCS plays a variety of hit songs spanning from the 70s to today. They'll soon be bringing a unique sound to their sets by mixing in some of their own original material.
Meet the Band
Boris Goranovic (guitar and vocals) was classically trained in Eastern Europe for many years before his family migrated to the U.S. Working as an engineer by day, Boris is known for spot-on guitars solos and a relentless quest for perfecting his sound.
Joey Ferris (guitar, vocals, keys) started playing music at the age 9, and began playing live in bands at the age 14. Opening act for several major label artists including Marty Raybon of Shenandoah, Cletus T Judd, Billy Dean, Ken Mellons. Top 10 Country Idol finalist 2002. Featured in shows in Nashville at Tootsies Orchid Lounge, Paramounts Rising Star, The Bluebird Cafe and the Commodore Club.
Kelly Williams (lead vocals) is described by many as having a heart of gold and the voice of an angel. Her versatility and range allow her to sing across many genres. She has been performing with Mark and Boris since 2014. She has opened for huge acts like Gretchen Wilson. She works in the beauty industry.
Mark Talbert (bass and vocals) is a general surgeon and a self-taught musician who's been playing and singing most of his life. He's inspired by music of all genres, but his favorites are from the 80s and grunge eras.
Paul Stathis (drums and vocals) is a blue-haired rocket scientist by day who got a late start in life on the drums, but quickly caught up. Known for his ability to hold tempo and kick-ass rock fills, he has shown a versatile flare with music from across the spectrum.
